FAQ

When will I get my order?

Please allow 10 business days for your order to ship, depending on the item(s) you ordered. Due to COVID-19, our shipping warehouse is operating with a limited staff, so some orders take a little longer to ship than normal. We appreciate your patience and  understanding. Most products on the website have a specific shipping date listed.

Orders ship via UPS Ground, UPS SurePost (USA domestic orders) or DHL Express (international orders). We expect all shipments to arrive 2-6 days after shipping, depending on geographical location. You will receive an email when your order ships out, with tracking info.

What's your return policy?

We gladly accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your order. If more than 14 days has passed since your order was delivered to you, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You can only initiate a return once your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, please login to your customer account and follow the return instructions within your order. If you have any questions about a return, please email us at support@belairathletics.com. You will need your order number and the email address you used to place your order.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

What is your policy on price adjustments?

If you purchase a product from us and later notice that it has been discounted on our site, we will honor a price adjustment request within 48 hours of your original purchase, or until your order has shipped, whichever is longer. No price adjustments will be honored if the item was marked down more than 48 hours after the original purchase and the order has left our warehouse.

Price adjustment requests will only be honored for items that have been permanently marked down. We will not offer price adjustments during temporary, store-wide discount periods or promotions, such as Black Friday or holiday-related discount codes.

It is the responsibility of the customer to request a price adjustment.

What payment methods do you accept?

For USA domestic customers, we accept most major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. International customers may have additional payment options that are specific to their country or region.

What are your international shipping policies?

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge sales tax within the United States, calculated by the state and county to which your order is shipping.

What size should I choose? How do the clothes fit?

All of our clothing and other sized items have a sizing chart on the product page. Click on "SIZING" to view the measurements. We recommend taking a garment that already fits you well and measuring it to compare to the listed measurements on our size chart.
